The price is according to the category of room. All rooms and bathrooms offer individual comfort and have free WLAN. All rooms are easy to reach via the lift. Some room and bathrooms are wheelchair friendly.
Outside parking belonging to the hotel is free of charge.
Check-in from 2pm. We request you to check-out by 11am.
If you have booked less than 6 nights, you are able to cancel the booking without incurring costs up to 72 hours before check in day. Please appreciate that we will charge a cancellation fee of 80% of the total booking with breakfast and 70% cancellation fee of the total booking with half board, if you do not cancel on time.
Please appreciate that when you have booked including special treatment packages (from 6 nights) we will have to charge a cancellation free.

Fit and vital with our Active program: Irrespective of the time of year enjoy a regular relaxing, regenerating and exercise program. Use the bicycles that belong to the hotel and tour through the Sauerland or discover the many hiking or Kneipp walking paths.
We will also organize transport from house to house. Ask for your individual price.
